I saw a pair of portal earrings someone else did and decided to make my own version. based off of the Portal 2 game logo.materials: 1/8th inch acrylic mirror 1/8th inch acrylic black 1/8th inch acrylic edge-lit blue 1/8th inch acrylic edge-lit orange earring backings of your choice1) Separate the inside of the portal in the file and cut one each from the edge-lit acrylics. 2)Put naked (paper/liner removed) faces together of the mirror acryilic and the edge-lit acrylic, and arrange the outer ring of the portal so that it cuts through both the acrylics. this fuses the acrylic at the edges, eliminating the need to glue them together.[use the settings for 1/4th inch acrylic and everything will go nicely] 3) Repeat the previous step for the other portal. 4) Laser cut the running stick figure and fasten by the edge to the finished portals with glue. 5) Apply your chosen earring fasteners as required. 6)Wear, and enjoy!
