An evolution of emmett's razor blade handle. Excellent for removing prints from the build platform.-tweaked the fit to work with the single-edged razor blades I'm most familiar with (Stanley #9?). Key to a forgiving fit was the full cutaway under the corners. -added unnecessary but fun flourishes like radii and chamfersI printed at 0.123mm/layer, which gives an even multiple for the bottom sheet feature. I don't know if it's critical.I've printed versions at 32% and 50%. 32% seems plenty strong. If necessary, X-acto trim under the corner overhang details. I found that, by rotating it to the 45° position in which you see it here, I got much cleaner bridges there and trimming was unnecessary.Consider filing/sanding the blade corners to reduce digging into the HBP cover (Kapton, etc.).Consider dulling the blade ever-so-slightly. I've found that the first blade I had in the Emmet version of this works much better than new ones I tried in my updated model. New blades will just dive down into the Kapton if your holding angle isn't perfect. Presumably the only difference is time-related dulling. Please do not try to force the fit - you may slip and cut yourself, or the blade may snap and harm your eyeballs or other sensitive things.
