This is a wafer centering tool that is used with a spinner station. It fits a 100mm (~4in) diameter wafer. I have designed it for an open manual placement ring and a 45mm chuck.I printed with black PLA from JustPLA. Temp was 190C bed was 70C and layer thickness is 0.2mm. Nozzle had a diameter of 0.55mm. I recommend using about a 2mm brim for the end handle. Use a razor and cut the brim off, screw handle1 into the ring, then either press fit or glue handle2 into handle1. Tried this out and it centers perfectly everytime!
