I needed to make a cedar fence section with a particular look, and making a jig to get the slats evenly spaced was a perfect excuse to play with my Replicator 2! As configured, the jig can hold a slat about 5/8" wide and space them 4" apart. Multiple jigs can be connected end-to-end to layout sections of arbitrary size. The built-in spring applies enough pressure to hold everything in place while gluing, which really helps!. The scad file is included and should be customizable for other spacings without too much difficulty. The jig prints just fine on my Replicator 2 with medium quality. I printed a couple dozen of them and the only failures were due to the occasional piece not sticking to the build platform. I made the jig all one piece to keep it simple, but that means there is a small post printing procedure required. The gripper won't always slide freely because it contains a pretty long bridge that can sag a little during printing and stick to the center track. You can break it free pretty easily by turning the jig upside down and pushing the bottom of the gripper up with your thumb, while pinching down on the top with your fingers. It'll make a very satisfying snapping sound when it pops loose. Doing one side of the track at a time makes it little easier.
