As part of the weekly RepRap 3D printing challenge I decided to make longer bolts for this great gears set, so you can now assemble a 6 stage Planetary Gears Set.More pictures and info on my Blog Here - http://richrap.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/more-scrap-art-gearboxes-and-panelmax.htmlPrintout a full set and then as many extra stages as you fancy, assemble in the same manner, adding stages.I found it useful to have an extra nut on both the start and end last sections to secure everything in place.It's almost impossible to see the last stage turning... but it is.It sits pride of place next to my 3D printer and attracts a lot of attention.
