Parametric design for 8mm smooth shaft collar with M3 setscrew(s). Updated SCAD file can be adjusted for any diameter shaft, collar length & OD, screw size, and number of setscrews. Currently adjusted to be quite close to nominal 8 mm so may need some cleanup / reaming to fit, and especially the M3 holes.
