This is a smaller version of 4volt's bendy box, Thing 12390, outer dimensions 3.9" x 2.7" x .95" Cut the thing out of 3mm ply and give 'er a whirl!I glued the sides together with superglue, and hold the lid down with an elastic hair tie. It's awesome!
