This was made in the theory of real firearm suppressors. The baffles fit nicely in the baffle tube and leaves plenty of space for an expansion chamber. If you want a one print build with the same initial idea check out my other suppressor design. This is a must have if you are a sniper/DMR airsoft player, due to the fact that higher fps means more air. You can add steal wool for further sound and vibration absorption. AND REMEMBER! This is not meant for real steel firearms. AIRSOFT ONLY. Please print responsibly. Print baffle tube with face down on 20% infill. This reduces amount of filament used, but if you want more strength, you can do whatever you want. Print five baffles cone facing up. print threaded endcap on 20% infill as well. use more precision for threads. All these parts will need to be glued together. I used expanding glue for maximum air seal. If you do not want print to be shiny or reflective, try sanding the surface and if needed, paint.
