This is a remix of GKbeers bed corners and clamps. I added two holes so you can add a 5mm x .8 pitch adjuster bolt on the outer corner or on the inside. My heater plate is a bit smaller than my glass, so I chose to use the inside hole. This adjuster bolt will require you to drill a hole at each corner. The hole size in the corner is such that the bolt can thread in tightly and require no further hardware to stay snug. The F-300 parts are the fixed pieces that get attached and tightened on the rear and along one side. These remain stationary. The A-300 are put on the front and the other side and are snugged down lightly once your glass or print surface is level. I added 1mm to the height on the part that contacts the glass. My glass has a rounded edge and the extra height was needed for better grab. I also added a tiny angle to the face of the clamping part to help if you have rounded glass edges. It will be fine for flat edge print plates also. I increased the text size on the clamping parts for better readability. (8) M3 x 16mm .5 pitch screws and hex nuts are needed to complete a full set of corners..2mm layer height ABS 40% infill The best way to locate your holes is to mount the corner and snug down two F-300 clamps on it. This will pull it to optimal position. You may need to file the mounting hole a little if it is not coming out to perfectly mate with the F-300's. There can be a small variance in beds. Next just use a transfer punch to make a perfect location for drilling. Remove the corner before drilling (you dont want to ruin your tight fit for the adjuster bolt). I chose a drill bit that left the hole with just barely enough drag on the bolt that you have to twist it through. I also chose to put Heli-coils in the bed so there is no nut to deal with when installing the corners. This will also allow me to make a knob later for the adjustment with nothing in the way. The helicoils were installed with red loctite and let cure before installing. I used M5 x 8mm bolts to secure the corners with the Heli-coils. If you have a print surface that is bigger than 300mm, you may need to shorten the clamp faces a little. I did not make 305mm parts because I do not have 305mm glass. I rounded off the adjuster bolts on the belt sander so they would not dig and I also added two layers of kaptan tape to the corners for extra protection.
