So you want to attach a Bowden extruder with BSP push fitting connector to your Prusa i2 RepRap? Maybe this will help. It fits on the standard i2 x-carriage for rapid testing, and it mounts a jHead Mk V BV hot end. Note that you should always measure the top of your hotend to make sure this will fit. • Incudes an inner taper to help the initial filament feed through with increased ease. • Was modeled to work with this extruder by Airtripper and a horizontal x-carriage plane. Please report any problems below. You will need a BSP push fitting, an M3 nut and an M3 screw of at least 10 mm length. Print, place the nut in the trap and thread the screw inwards through the hole. Insert the threaded BSP fitting and tighten the screw a little bit to make it snug. To attach to a hot end, you'll need an aluminum or similar mounting plate. This version requires M3 screws to mount the hot end and plate securely, but you can change that in the code. Please read the comments in the code and check that the variables match your equipment and hardware dimensions before printing.
