This is a thumb screw that I designed when making parts for my bed leveling system on my ULTIMAKER. It takes a standard M3 nut and holds onto it while you thread it on your bed post Check Out my YouTube Channel where I post 3D Printing videos! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCb54UAV0-T0L4yjpBKbyoMwDepending on the accuracy of your printer you may need to force the M3 nut into the thumb screw.
