I (or someone) lost the blind brackets for our blinds during the office move.
So for fun I made some that work fine for me.
I have included the SketchUp files if you would like to modify them.
One has a hole only and the other has a square peg and a round hole. Enjoy The brackets have little winglets to help the ABS from lifting off the heat bed these break off with ease.
I used .4mm extruder, 3 shells, .2 layer with 70% infill.
I increased the temp of the ABS until it was a bit shinny but not burnt,
this seems to make a stronger part for me.
I use 5% PVA (wood glue) mixed with water dabbed on with bit of rag to an warm IKEA mirror tile that is clipped onto the heat bed .
The Aluminum tape on the printer is to stop some static problems I was having.
