I noticed that nobody had a blowgun mouthpiece designed on here yet so I decided to make it my first contribution. I have two designs here one with a cone shaped bowl and one with a sperical bowl. Blowgun mouthpieces I consider an important part to making any blowgun. And usually particularly hard to fabricate without a lathe. I modeled this with FreeCad, because it's free, runs on Linux, Mac's, and Windows. Theoretically I could also model this with freescad so that It's customizable, but I'll tackle that if there's demand. I've designed this to fit on the end of 1/2" Schedule 80 pvc pipe, that most home-made blowguns are made out of. That's what I made mine out of. I've included all the files needed to modify the design for other blowgun diameters. I have tested this (version _1), and I did have to sand the end of the pvc pipe a bit to get it to fit. So I redesigned all the files (latest version files have the "_2" on the end. I increased the inner and outer diameter of the connector piece by 0.1mm. Mostly because that's the resolution of my Replicator 2 Makerbot. Now I haven't tested this latest version ( _2) yet, but intend to within a month or so. It's estimated to print in about 1 hour 30 minutes. My original design took over 2 hours, so I did some work to get the print time down. Ok, so I had some trouble printing the _2 version. Mostly the piece kept warping and coming off the build plate. So I added 2 helper disks to keep it on the darn platform. I also put another fillet in on the inside lip, just to make sure it would print right. I actually printed this with ninja flex 2, which is flexible, and it really came out nice!
