We celebrate the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall with the symbol of the city and all Germany, the Brandenburg Gate! I used parametric software. The most fun part was the statue on top, i couldn't put much detail to it since it will print so small any details would be lost - so simplifying it into generic shapes was challenging. I launched this model at the time the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall happened. The idea of MiniWolrd originated from a visually-impaired friend who asked me if I could use 3D printing to help her and others "see" the world - with miniature models, they can understand shapes and sizes of the most famous landmarks and travel with their hands. Print this historic landmark of Europe and don't forget to check out our other great models! MiniWorld is the collection of 3D printed Landmarks of the World! All my things I model myself by hand and brain, please give credit. It's all about spreading culture!Support recommended, although not necessary. Also, splitting the model in two works good, by printing the columns in one and the "roof" in another. Includes base with name in braille.Great detail and simplicity.
