The Bre Pettis Medal looked a little forlorn without some text around the edge... so I grabbed grokbeer's MakerBot Font module, and whipped up a little addition to the medal script.The font module: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6844You need to define the text as an array of one-element arrays, so that each individual letter can be rotated into position around the edge of the medal.There is also a matching kerning array which allows you to fine-tune the distance between each letter, because the default spacing doesn't look that great.This script and method are public domain, but they use grokbeer's font module which is not.
