Parts to mechanically couple an E3Dv6 hot end in place of your stock Budaschnozzle hot end for a Lulzbot TAZ printer. [Now you can print with 1.75mm filament!] Note: If you update your TAZ to handle the Hexagon extruder (namely, adding a fan cable and upgrading the firmware), you have all the wires you need. Plus the Hexagon and the E3Dv6 both use the same thermister. Now I'm able to swap back and forth between Hexagon and E3Dv6 with a little plugging/unplugging, slicer profiles, and of course z-height home tuning. It is really four pieces, but in three files. Print the flat pieces flat against the platform, and the other piece, "pc1" on its long side. Remove your Budaschnozzle. You will need to drill a small indentation in the bottom of your extruder mount to make room for the little piece of plastic atop the E3Dv6 hot end. [Alternately, make the flat piece taller by a mm or so.] Assemble adapter as shown. Trim/shave parts as necessary. The fit should be firm, but there shouldn't be any warping from stress. Reassemble the extruder mount. You will not need any additional screws/bolts/nuts. Be very careful about homing the TAZ, especially the Z direction, but even X/Y can get you if it homes directly onto the platform mount at the corner. Adjust your slicer settings accordingly.
