I only kept the middle chainring on my bicycle because I was barely using the two others anyway.This chainguard replaces the outer chainring and prevent the chain going off the chainring on this side.It fits the 5 bolts 94BCD crankset (aka compact mountain bike cranckset) with a 32 teeth chainring.I used 3mm plexiglas. I guess multiply wood might be stylish if you have the right style of bicycle :o) Just replace your outer chainring with this disk. You might want to remove your inner ring and front shifter but then you still need to figure out a way to avoid your chain falling inside.
