Approx $10 for everything (paint will go a long way) Tips: Before glueing, test fit so the handle ends up snug(don't overtighten) and facing forward. I ended up doing 6 coats of the chalkboard paint, it's better to build up with thin coats rather 1 or 2 thick coats.
