I've been looking into some enclosures for my Afinia H480. Either they are way too expensive, have a huge materials list, or are just over complicated. My solution, which works great by the way, was just to use a 27gal tub, with large enough inner dimensions to fully enclose my H480. I crudely cut out a small hole in the side, added two 0.79 hinges, two 0.59 magnetic door stops, and a 1.00 door handle. The tub and parts were found at my local Home Depot, and in total cost about $10. I have a slight overhang over the edge of the desk, and obviously the door isn't air tight, but it keeps the temp very stable and my warping/heat bed issues have gone by the wayside. This printer is on my office desk, and has an AC vent almost directly above it. I did not want to move the printer to another room in the house, so I improvised, and now my print quality has drastically improved. I know it's crude, and most items on here are generally made by our printers, but I wanted to offer someone, who is experiencing the same issues I had, a very cheap alternative to a normally much more expensive solution.
