Most mobile phones don't have forward-facing flashes, and the forward-facing cameras are not very sensitive to light. Taking selfies in bad lighting is difficult or impossible. This clip-on flash mirror reflects the flash on the phone's backside and allows it to light selfies. To use this (at least on Android 5), turn your camera into selfie mode, drag down from the top of the screen twice to get to the quick settings, and tap the flashlight button to turn on the flashlight.First, adapt the size of the whole widget, and the size of the cutoff for the phone, to your phone's size. In the OpenSCAD file, these are the two variables: size = 4; phoneThickness = 0.7; Once printed out, cover the inside of the object with a reflective material like aluminium foil, bits of reflective metal, or small mirrors. You might want to wrap the two nubs that grab the phone with isolation tape, to give them a little it more grip.
