Since the original part accidentally broke on our boat, I gave it a try and designed a replacement compass mounting pad in Autodesk Fusion 360. The mounting plate is for a Plastimo Offshore 105 compass, the original bracket replacement is Plastimo's partnumber 17268. http://ecat.plastimo.com/EN2015/common/data/0323.pdf I successfully printed one instance of it on an Ultimaker 2 in the Paja maker space in Espoo city's library in Iso Omena. This copy is installed and working fine. Plastimo is a registered trademark of Navimo Group Since I am new to this, the STL file is oriented vertically. However, I rotated the object in the Cura software so that the largest surface is flat with the printing surface. I used default settings for "fine" in the Ultimaker 2 software.
