Generally removable screens are pretty much crap. The plastic corners in ours broke so I replaced them with these. The new ones are much stronger.Print them a reasonable infill to get the most strength. I used 70%, but that is probably overkill. Also I suspect PLA is probably good enough, but I used ABS because I wanted something flexible and strong. You will have to detach the screen from one end of the box, but the others can stay attached. After installing them, I noticed it would have been nicer to have a cutout for the cord so I've created a V2 with a cutout.
