This is a hexapod which is controlled using a Red Back Spider robot controller. You can watch it first steps at https://plus.google.com/photos/115565637042333354708/albums/5851147062342792113/5851147060153143554 NEW: beta code for arduino and android to control it is added to instructions. The original files are completely rebuild. The dxf (and svg) file for the tibia pin are included. The other parts are 100% openscad. The servo's which are used are Hitec HS 645MG with Heavy Dutty HD-LS and HS 485HB with R-X Servo Arm (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42489). Openscad may have some problems to render the full hexapod. So i comments some parts and merged the full stl afterwards with blender. 12 645MG's are used for the tibia and femur. 6 485HB are used for the coxa's. All bolts are M3. All openscad files are included so you can create stl files for all individual parts, but the stl files are also included. The main body (top and bottom, is split into 2 parts which can be joined in order to make it printable by a printrbot). If you want to create the stl's yourself, you have to build: Body Top 1 x body_split_1(true); 1 x body_split_2(true); Body Bottom 1 x body_split_1(false); 1 x rotate([0,180,0]) body_split_2(false); for the Left Legs: (all parts 3 times) coxa_bottom(); rotate([0,180,0]) coxa_top(); translate([-40,0,5]) rotate([0,0,-30]) femur(); rotate([0,180,0]) femur(true); translate([0,-200,0]) tibia_pin(); rotate([0,180,0]) translate([-70,-100,0]) tibia_counter(); Right Legs (All parts 3 times) mirror([1,0,0])coxa_bottom(); rotate([0,180,0]) mirror([1,0,0]) coxa_top(); mirror([1,0,0]) translate([-40,0,5]) rotate([0,0,-30]) femur(); rotate([0,180,0]) mirror([1,0,0]) femur(true); mirror([1,0,0]) translate([0,-200,0])tibia_pin(); mirror([1,0,0])rotate([0,180,0]) translate([-70,-100,0]) tibia_counter(); Code for Arduino and Android to control it: https://github.com/maartenweyn/DajiJug
