I found that large cookie tins are perfect for storing partially used filament spools however there was not room to hold a desiccant container, so I created one that would fit inside the center of the spool (see photo #3). I use indicating desiccant (found on Amazon in gallons) that turns from orange to green when it needs to be replaced (see photo #2). The desiccant tube is a tube within a tube to promote air circulating. Both tubes have holes that are just a little smaller than the desiccant spheres. I used clear ABS followed by a cold vapor acetone bath for one hour which makes the model stronger and a little clearer. Clear PLA might work but I did not have any to try. I hope someone else finds this useful. Printed with FlashForge Creator Pro, on glass, coated with hairspray, extruder temp 230, bed 110 for 4 layers, 100 for 4 more layers, and then 60 for the rest. Cold acetone vapor bath. Coffee can lined with two layers of paper towels held in place by small magnets. Place models on raised platform. I use quart paint can lid setting on layer of aluminum foil. Use enough acetone to wet all the towels then place over top of model. Wait one hour then remove can and move outside. Don't touch models for about half hour, till they harden.
