It is a copy of the Dubro E/Z bender.Handle Print 3 x shell 0.3 mm resolution 20% fill PLA Base (print with supports for the bottom hole) 3 x shell 0.3 mm resolution 10 % fill PLA Use dremel to cut slip on a buttom bolt for the middle section. You may have to drill out hole depending on screw used.
