Made a bracket for mounting of the esc on my Turnigy H.A.L. frame. This will also fit the Turnigy Talon 14mm arms Features in v1: Clamp inner diameter is 14mm Plate is 26x34mm, designed for turnigy plush 30A Plate rotated 45 degrees 1 Hole for cable tie 2x5mm Features in v3: Wider clamp for sturdier mounting, still 14mm 2 holes for cable ties, 2x5mm ESCs mounts parallel with arms Hinge on clamp for easy mouting, pin hole is 1,5mm May need support when printing Also made a v3 with rotated plate 60 degrees Features in v3.1: Better hinge Features in v4: Built in support structures, no need for makerware support Removed some fillets, who needs round corners anyway Stronger but uglier :) No overhangs, means no curling/messy prints Features in v5: No hinges Crash resistant Heavy duty Built in support, easy to remove Easy to print esc_holder_v5_solid.STL (a rotated version) esc_holder_v5_solid_0degrees.STL (a straight version) 2015-07-23 Added 16mm version. Have also (repaired) some errors with netfabb. If you want something similar or need a mod of this just send me a message. Maybe a esc holder for square tubes?Print in 0.15mm 100% linear infill No support No raft Slow down air travel speed Adjust filament diameter so its not over extruding Add purge wall far away from object this is so the hinge can cool off before next layer This is my current profile: { "comment" : [ "This is a custom profile for MakerBot Slicer.
