Easy to print all parts printed spool roller. Print 4 of each part and you have 2 dollys to hold one roll of filament. Deigned with big wheels to get the right amount of torque on the axles. Rods should be printed standing up. Wheels lying down. Maybe give the rods some more infill for extra sturdiness. You should be able to carefully hammer the pieces together, maybe you need to do some filing, but don't file away too much of the interlocking parts.
