I tried to load the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:243861 design. Slic3r really did not like it. Sub millimeter sized.... I did a quick design and these, while not perfect do work for me. My printer made the holes a bit too tight. Maybe print it 3% or so larger? Happy flying....and crashing.... Printed mine in PLA, 0.3 layer.
