This will increase the leverage of the servo, and keep it from growling, but, at the expense of range movement. As I don't see why it needs to move 180deg. anyways. The pivot is an 8x32x1.25in machine screw and 3 nuts.
the screw gets bolted onto the base, and the bottom spacer drops on that, then the guide with the top spacer, and jam nutted at top.
and the servo gets hot-glued.
You can set it up for whatever spools that you use. I printed the base with a .8mm nozzle, so, the base will probably be a bit sloppy, let me know if it is a problem and I will tighten it up. Use hobby push rod for the linkage, try to set guide in center of spool and adjust linkage so that it is 90deg. to both guide and servo. calculate ratio of guide arm to to servo arm length, and that will be the number that you need to change in FilaWinder sketch/Firmware for guide movement correction. I hope someone finds it useful...
