There are several models of Jaycar "tech light" that use a similarmounting system. It looks good in the picture on the box, but my variant wouldn't stay in horizontal beam position or tilt any higher either. I designed this fix so I can use it as a headlamp properly. Unscrew the bracket off the torch and replace with this one. This bracket also has friction locking ribs to hold position, which the tech light designer seems to have forgotten. It took me several versions to get one where the O-ring catch posts would print and work reliably. Take care removing the knockouts. A needle file would help. 0.275 layer height works on my 0.45mm nozzle. 2 perimeters, 50% fill or higher, 3 bottom layers and 4 top layers works on my Rostock.
