I didn't found anything like this here before, so I designed it to share wit you. Purpose : To make bevel control surface for RC Foamy/Depron Plan. Can cut 6mm Depron/Foamboard with 45 degree beveling, either right cut or left cut. Also you can play around with the other 3 mounting holes. Just print and use it or you can customize it (see Instruction).BevelCutter V1 NoWindow - No support needed, looks solid but can't access inner part. BevelCutter V1 Penta - No support needed, can access inner to add nuts (if needed). BevelCutter V1 Round - Little support needed, can access inner to add nuts (if needed). I also shared the sketchup (skp) file if you need to customize it. You will need: 2 pcs M3 5mm screws (or M3 7mm if you want to nut it) Standard Utility Blades Print it using Prusa i3, 0.3mm layer - 50% infill, took me 2 hours real time printing job and 10 meters 1.75 PLA filament.
