I liked the coffee sleeves that Sethmoser (thing:99020) made but it needed something else...like...GEARS!! This coffee sleeve has a gear mechanism that rotates. Play with your coffee! I designed this in Rhino as a fun sunday project and is my very first attempt at making something with gears. Here is a video of it in action!! http://youtu.be/O1MScAzDgrw Enjoy!!Print each piece in your own colour combo! As with most of my designs, it prints without support and raft. I have also posted a set of four gears for those with a TOM or other small bed printer, just print it twice. All components will fit comfortably on a 100mm plate. You might squeeeze it on a Cupcake as it is 85 mm. I think that would be awesome! I printed the one you see here on my Replicator1 using firmware V7.3, Makerware 2.2.0 at standard settings 10% infill, 2 extra shells. Assemble it by putting the pins through the gears then in the sleeve. You may have to clean out the holes in the sleeve but only a little. The pins are capable of a very nice press fit for no glue needed! Show off your kick ass, caffeinated, java, cup of deliciousness now with Gears! mmm cofffeeeeee!
