A nice germinator cover for Mason Jar to sprout your own seeds. To make this germinator cover, you need to use your print parameter to ajust the fill and perimeters as shown. A perimeter of 5 and a rectilinear fill 0.3 did a nice job. This is my first project :-) It was made in an afternoon in 3 iterations at EchoFab.org in Montreal in collaboration with Marc Olivier. Using a very simple design a cylinder and adapting the parameters. The first iteration used a desing made with OpenSCAD. But after printing the first one and checking various projects already made at EchoLab, we did tried to use a simpler design made with SketchUp and played with perimeter and fill on the Ultimaker. On the second iteration a height of 1mm was tested. On the third iteration a height of 2mm was tested and the result was more than good enough to use it at home and start sprouting :-)Thanks to Marc Olivier at EchoFab.org for his inputs, advice, knowledge of all the paratemers and training.
