There are millions of clips on youtube where someone is showing something with one hand while holding his camera in the other. That's not handy! But if you put your camera somewhere else, you can't see what it is filming. So I thought it would be handy to be able to look through the camera so that you can see what you are filming while having both hands free. Inspired by the Google cartboard VR kit I made this. I don't own a GoPro but have a SJ4000 camera. But it should also fit a GoPro I guess. I have ordered new safety goggles. When I receive them I will update the model to fit these goggles. That way it is much easier to reproduce. You need: Camera: SJ4000 Sport video camera (http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6097601508.html) 44.5mm diameter biconvex optical lens (http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6139871481.html) Safety goggles where you can remove the glass from. Use the picture of the glass in the gallery to find goggles that fit (print it out and go to the hardware store and compare with what they sell). Or order new one: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2014Vented-Safety-Goggles-Glasses-Eye-Protection-Protective-Lab-Anti-Fog/2009860330.html I will update the model to fit these goggles. Print the parts. Use a crosshead screwdriver to sovereign (open up) the wholes in the centerunit a little so that the pins slide in easier.
