I managed to misplace the 5.25" bay face plate from my HP microserver and wanted to replace it with something. I've included 3 models (in order of least to most airflow) 1: Blank face plate 2: Alternate stepped slotted vents 3: Hex perforated vents (see v2 for fixed up tabs/clips)I've printed the slotted faceplate on my Prusa i3 printer successfully with 100% infill. The blank face version was an iteration between the alternate stepped slots and the hex perforations - I needed more airlflow :) To make the hex perforated print easier on cleanup, I've used slic3r and disabled the 'brim' and enabled the skirt with 0mm distance with 4 loops. Hopefully this means only an effective brim on the outside. Update: I've uploaded a v2 of the Hex perforated version. The original version for some reason didn't print the tabs/clips on the sides. Slic3r renders this version correctly, and I'll print it out later today to confirm all is well. Real photos will follow :)
