I've repeatedly bumped the paper tray on my HP Officejet 4500 AIO and broken the hooks that attach it to the chassis of the printer. I glued them a few times, but it just keeps happening. (If I was smart, I would relocate the thing.) Just printed a pair, trimmed the busted ends of the original paper-tray hooks flush and installed. They hold it by themselves but are rickety. I drilled a hole through the top of the tray and into each hook and inserted a screw to hold them.
