This is a portable and adjustable-height vise for PCB assembly and rework. It is inspired by Hakko Omnivise C1390C. Required hardware: Print 2 copy of the jaw, and one copy of everything else. The stencil is optional. I printed with PLA with 0.2 mm layer and 20% infill. The body part is tricky because it has a lot of helical cuts inside. On my delta printer it printed better with support, although removing the support is PITA. A thin layer of RTV silicone can be applied on the jaw for better grip. Make sure you cover the screws so they don't scratch the PCB. I tried to use the stencil to make a pattern but it didn't turn out very well (bad seal between the stencil and jaw. maybe printing on glass bed will help). Also apply RTV silicone onto the bottom. It makes grippy rubber feet. In the bottom part, fill in some heavy stuff to help balance the vise. Aluminum capacitors are not dense enough. Maybe some solder will work better.
