Even though it is a London pattern anvil, this Hay-Budden was actually forged in Brooklyn NY. That gives you some idea of how old it is. The company closed its doors back in the 1920's The underside of the horn and tail were retouched but otherwise the scan is accurate. It is sized to fit a printer. I don't have info on the original size of the anvil. I believe it was around 150 lbs.
