If doing 0% infill i suspect after print gaps would be fixable in ABS with abs/acetone goop I tend to lean towards 0% infill as it prints faster, uses less plastic but I don't mind the touchups. ABS would be my preference in 0% settings for PLA and Nylon I would go with the infill.
