This is a simple housing for 0.5W PUI speaker. Dimensions are set up for model AS06608MR-LW152-R. I have mounted a few of these speakers using this housing and it has worked very well for me. See the instructions for cautionary notes about how stiff the lead wires are on this speaker! I would purchase the version without leads next time and solder my own.Trial fit the speaker and carefully thread the lead wires through the provided hole. Mark the wires on the outside of the housing with Sharpie. Remove the speaker and carefully place a vinyl wire tie around each lead wire approx. 4 mm away from your mark (i.e. 4 mm closer to the speaker). These wire ties are intended to prevent you from accidentally pulling the lead wires out of the soldered joints once the speaker is mounted. Mount the speaker by applying silicone or other adhesive along the tops of the tabs on the top rim of the housing. I used an electronics grade silicone, but I am not sure this is really necessary. Apply hot melt glue to the wires where they exit the housing to further protect the soldered connection of the wires to the speaker. The wires on this speaker are waaay too stiff (the insulation is very rigid) so you need to work very carefully when moving and flexing the wires. Mounting flanges are provided in the basic design, but the OpenSCAD file can be edited if you do not want these.
