No need to glue or screw anything together, the flowers press fit into the holes. Remove the retainer ring left on the plastic bottle from the cap, then press the top cover onto the bottle to replace the plastic ring. Fill your bottle with some un-colored sugar water, and screw the dish bottom onto the bottle top and flip over and set anywhere the birds can get to it.
