I made a replacement pump face for a 1500 Hydor koralia evo that had broken due to use of a wavemaker. You need to break of remaining tabs on the broken pump face and smooth out. Then drill some small holes to the pump housing to either zip tie our use spectra fishing line to secure the printed replacement part to the pump housing. Use the rubber stopper from the broken part in the small sleeve to prevent the impeller from rotating backwards.
