
Inspired by sgrabers but added filleting between tabs and saddle, as well as chamfered tabs. Both to improve looks and strength. Fillet OpenSCAD library modules unceremoniously dumped into code from Andrew Plumb's clothbot utilities at https://github.com/clothbot/ClothBotCreations/blob/master/utilities/fillet.scad. The chamfered edge uses the minkowski 3d function create the chamfered edges on the tabs. Updated for a rounder screw hole and now works with customizer!Like with the original this thing is fully parametric. Download the SCAD file and edit in OpenSCAD. You can adjust the saddle clamp by changing: Make your changes, hit F6, export your STL, and print. But if you don't want to fool around with OpenSCAD, go ahead and make your part using Customizer! NOTE: The STL part uploaded here is for 25.4mm PVC pipe (1" diameter), 20mm strap width, 15mm strap tabs, 1.5mm strap thickness, 4mm fillet and tab chamfer radii and 4mm screw holes. Printed this part with 3 shells, 40% infill, 0.2 mm layer thickness. Like the original it came out strong, yet flexible, on a Felix Printer 3.1.
