A Micro-switch end-stop holder drawn in Designspark Mechanical. I had some spares kicking around but I had made the Nut recess a little too large and they weren't the exact length I wanted so I drew these files up. I have put the nut traps on the outside of the arm which is off center by half the width of the switch so the switch is centered around the support rod axis. The "JAMe_assy_v1.rsdoc" file has two bodies so you can drag the length out to what is required. The two bodies can be merged during *.stl generation. If you work with the file "JAMe_assy_v1.rsdoc" you can make the arm longer by dragging the switch end (pink) away from the main body (blue) and then pull the main body arm out by the same amount. If you want to reduce the distance, drag the switch end out by some fixed amount, pull the main body arm back by the required amount then drag the switch end back by the fixed amount + the reduction in the main body arm length. When you create the *stl file use the "one file per design" radio button selection and this will merge the two bodies into one model for slicing
