I've modified both pieces to better adapt to my micrometric head and my k8200 assembly. Are still not perfect, but for now they work.. I bought this: http://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B00LHX5D2Y?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 and added some nuts, bolts and washers.. I've printed the microswitch support 1:1 and the micrometric head support 1:1.03 with support material Honeycomb fill density 25% and height layers 0.25
