
For me, using a knife is a two-handed job. I use the Knife Assistant to provide a flat surface on the back of almost any knife to push against it more comfortably. Hold knife handle firmly and push straight down on Knife Assistant to chop easily through most vegetables.This is scaled for larger knives. For smaller knives, try scaling it down a little. Always be sure your print is solid and strong before trying it on a knife!Knife Assistant may slide depending on size of blade and scale of print. Be careful!Never use the Knife Assistant on or near the sharp end of the knife. It may slip off and cause injury!Never put on sharp side of blade. Only put on back as pictured.
