
Ring light mount for AirWolf 3D printer. should also work with others that have a 50mm hole spacing for the Budaschnozzle.What you will need besides this file: A Buda type hot end with 50mm mounting hole spacing 2 M4 x 45-50 screws to replace current hot end mounting screws 4 M4 nuts 1 70mm Angel LED light ring (ebay) ** wire and solderPrint 2 of the ring mounts from this stl file, make them solid (1.0 infill) I printed with support for the overhang. Make sure they fit over the edge of your LED light ring, (file opening in mount if needed).Solder 2 thin wires to the LED unit and mount the unit as shown in the photos. Replacing the Buda nozzle mounting screws with the longer M4's but placing 2 nuts on each screw before doing so. Screw the bolts in about 3 turns past snug and then use one of the nuts as a jam nut and tighten against bottom of carriage (see photo).Place LED light ring between bolts and hook printed mount over it's edge, tighten the other 2 jam nuts against the back of the printed light mounts. Route wires along with hot end wires and then to power supply (+12VDC). Hook to power supply. That's basically it.
