Opened in ReplicatorG and used whpthomas RepG profile at 200micron.So a competition to see how flat your plate really is, and how large your build area can get.If you go into openscad and type in cube([X,Y,Z]); and replace X,Y,Z with your largest size you would want to print (in mm), then export as stl. If you want to get a usable piece from this, I recommend making the Z a little larger than .2mm.I tried the acrylic plate that the replicator 2 came with, but there was no way I was getting it to work with such a large piece. It was fine making smaller prints in the middle of the bed, but something like this was not going to work. Now with this Glass Plate, I didn't fiddle during the print. I printed out a smaller version and fiddled with the level until it worked. Then I printed out the largest version I could. So Have at it Folks!
