I went from a Magma hot end to an E3D hot end and this is the plate that I made to mount the new piece. So far I have 6 hours on this new plate and its already worlds better than the Magma was.I had to lightly sand the piece down to make it fit but trust me you want this to be a tight fit on the heatsink.
