I made a magnetic worm gear which is making use of steel-wire and magnets. 2013.04.16 Binary version of the STL file is added.Please prepare two shafts with 5mm diameter and eight cylindrical magnets with 5mm diameter and a steel wire with 1mm diameter and about 30cm length. Please fit the wire into the trench of the worm, and put the magnets to the holes of the worm wheel.
